摘要
采购作为企业生产经营活动的首要环节，对企业的生存和发展起着至关重要的作用。本文通过对XX有限公司的采购组织现状，采购流程现状以及供应商管理现状进行分析。提出企业今后在采购组织上企业领导应大胆下放权限；在采购流程上企业应充分利用ERP；在供应商管理中，企业应重视供应商的作用，更高效的利用供应商的价值、合理管控供应等改进措施，有效的降级企业运营成本，达到企业利润的最大化。
