（一）我这个学期以来，思想品德好，学习、卫生较上个学期有所好转，纪律性差，自我控制能力还不够，活跃，课堂发言好。我想参加发言评比。
（二）我这个学期以来，思想品德好，学习积极性高，严格遵守学习的各项规章制度，服从学校及老师的安排，讲究卫生，助人为乐，团结同学，我想参加学习及卫生的评比。
（三）这个学期，我在学校见到老师就问好。上课偶尔会讲小话，做作业三心二意，常常考不到100分。学习一般，老师喜欢的人不是我，而是赵茜岚。我的卫生也不是很好，有时垃圾都懒得去丢，都是放在抽屉里，放学再去丢。我想参评“书写之星”发言之星”和“朗读之星”因为我字写得漂亮，上课发言积极，朗读好听，所以想参选这些！
（四）经过一学期的努力，我对自己的自我鉴定如下：
我是一个性格内向的孩子。在学习当中，我不爱发言，争取在下学期能够做到积极举手发言。品德还不错，下学期再接再厉。纪律不是很好，在课堂上会讲小话，下学期一定改正。卫生能够做到讲究卫生，我会继续保持。
以上是我自己对本学期的自我签定。我要改掉所有的缺点，争取下学斯做个好学生。我还想参加评书写之星呢！
（五）这个学期，我在品德、学习、纪律、卫生等各方面都取得了较好的成绩。尊敬老师，团结同学，认真完成老师布置的作业和任务，上课认真听讲，积极发言，生活中能帮助同学，热爱劳动。但是我的缺点也不少，写字不认真，做作业粗心大意，学习不主动。以后我要发扬优点，克服缺点，成为一个优秀的好学生。
