各位领导，各位老师：
下午好，今天有幸和大家一起来探讨一下校园足球活动的事情。说得官方一点说是“校园足球活动开展动员大会”，如今的校园足球在全国范围内开展得如火如荼，有人说校园足球是因为习主席喜欢足球而必须迎合他而开展的一项活动，其实这是一个误解，校园足球已经开展很多年；另外我们的邓小平书记、贺龙体育部长也曾大力提倡过足球，这是因为足球的确是一项魅力无穷的体育项目，当之无愧的世界第一大运动。
说到这里其实大家有点不太赞同。说说我和足球的一些事情吧，我来自邵阳市新邵县，高中那时想踢球，但足球场总是找不到踢球的地方，到处是踢球的人。我们就在宿舍前坪踢，在篮球场篮球架的后面水泥地上踢，踢得不亦乐乎，然后全县每年都会在新邵一中的号召下自发的组织高中足球联赛。有人就可能会问，那你们县的成绩肯定会不怎么样，其实恰恰相反，我读高中的前后几年中每年都会有考清华北大的，升本率也挺高。然后就我个人而言吧，我从开始踢球到现在已经十多年，初三那年接触足球，当的是守门员，高中踢了三年，大学踢了三年，我觉得收获很多。首先我从这项活动中得到了一副好体魄，其次我更加的体会到团队精神，然后足球也锻炼了我的沟通和领导能力，学习成绩也没落下??
很多老师现在有很多疑虑，这个是肯定的。首先，足球对于我们五完小大多数的老师们来说是陌生的，自己不知道踢也不知道如何教；其次是现在老师最担心的安全问题，小孩摔到腿脚是要负责任的；然后就是认为学习成绩会和足球运动相冲突，一个蒸蒸日上，一个每况愈下，何况成绩和每个学期的奖金是挂钩的，大家不敢冒这个险??
首先我来回答第一个：于足球陌生的问题。足球规则是一般运动里面最简单明了的。平常的活动只要强调除了守门员之外其他人员不得用手触球就差不多了。至于教学，我们班主任只要做到能让孩子们感受到足球的快乐，能自己踢起来就好，并不要求在一年半载内就达到很高的水平。第二个问题：安全。上次五二班唐灿的家长说的好，孩子走路都可能摔跤，搞个运动肯定有风险，但是这个风险其实是很低的，比如说我，踢球十几年，打篮球也有七八年了，只是摔跤擦破点皮。足球运动的首要的好处就是会教会人如何去保护自己，会运动的人摔一
跤都摔倒比别人轻，骑摩托车摔跤会知道如何借助缓冲，如何顺势打滚减小冲量等，足球运动本身还会锻炼人的反应能力。当然，意外是不可能完全杜绝的，我已经最好了一个责任状，待会可以大家看看，学校和管足球这块的部门会尽可能的让教师免受责任（只要你每堂课有安全提示，没有无故缺课）。另外县里以及市里会有一个有关足球的保险会产生，尽可能减少学校、家长的意外伤害费用。第三个问题，和成绩的关系。老师们有没有这个感觉，自己已经像孺子牛一样的付出了，但是总是不尽如人意，而班上成绩最有潜力和成绩好的往往是那些爱玩爱动的人，而非每天补课两耳不闻窗外事的人。足球运动会让人劳逸结合，有效的锻炼孩子的大脑。
说了很多，其实我是想尽可能的打消各位老师的顾虑，相信我们这个集体能将校园足球开展好，能让孩子们不仅能学习好，还能快乐着。接下来我就说说这次活动的一些具体内容：
一、全校所有班级，都要将一节体育课改为足球课，修改后的课表我会尽快发到各位班主任手上。足球手册四月份已经每个办公室发了一份，请互相传阅。
二、各个班级都要建立一个班队足球，最好是男女各一支，每队人数建议在7-15之间，具体人数由班主任自定，但不得低于7人每队。
三、我将对五完小的各位老师进行一到两次的足球方面的相关培训，希望各位老师能积极参加，从中得到乐趣。
四、每个班级可以在黑板报，墙体装饰等方面做一些足球方面的宣传。可鼓励学生自主购买足球、观看足球相关的节目。（如足球小子等）
五、学校每周会利用一到两天的下午最后一节进行类似大课间一样的足球活动，我将对田径场进行区域划分，按一二、三四五六分批次进行。一二年级主要进行足球游戏，三四五六则进行简单的足球实践训练。
六、大力支持校足球队的建设，希望我们这个集体能精诚合作，做好创建校园足球试点校的准备，真正为普及提高足球水平奠定基础。
为了学生学得更加快乐，成长更加健康，为了更好的展示我们五完小这个团队的精气神，为了圆满的完成创建校园足球试点校，为了几代人的足球梦，让我们一道去落实好校园足球的活动吧。谢谢大家。
