2016年安徽芜湖中考体育测试方法、考试规则 2016年安徽芜湖中考体育测试方法、考试规则于目前公布,包括1000米、800米、立定跳远、立定跳远、实心球等项目的动作规定,下面请看具体内容:

2016年安徽芜湖中考体育测试方法、考试规则:

1、800米跑(女)和1000米跑(男):

(1)采用站立式起跑。

(2)站在起跑线后,听到信号后起跑。

(3)起跑后,必须超过标志旗后方可切入内道,且在跑的途中,必须从被超人的右侧超人。

2、立定跳远:

(1) 两脚自然开立,站在起跳线后,脚尖不得踩线。

(2) 两脚原地同时起跳(不得有垫步或连跳动作),两脚同时落入跳区。

(3) 两脚落地后应向前走出跳区,若在落地过程中,为了维护平衡,有一只脚支撑在跳区以外的地面,而跳区外的触地点比跳区内的落地点离起跳线近,则成绩无效。

(4)考生有三次测试机会,记录最好一次成绩。

(5)三次测试都没有有效成绩,则此项成绩记为0分。

3、实心球:

(1)两脚前后或左右开立,站在起掷线后,脚尖不得踩线。

(2)投掷时,必须原地、正面、双手举球至头上,用力把球投向前方(当两脚前后开立时,球出手的同时后脚可向前迈一步,但脚不能踩线)。

(3)每人投掷三次,记录其中成绩最好的一次。

4、1分钟仰卧起坐:

(1)考生全身仰卧于测试仪上,两腿稍分开,屈膝呈90度左右,两手指交叉贴于脑后,固定下肢。

(2)考生坐起时两肘触及或超过双膝为完成一次,仰卧时,两肩胛必须触垫。当发出“开始”的信号同时开表计时,记录1分钟内完成的次数,1分钟到时,考生虽已坐起,但肘关节未达到双膝,不计该次数。借用肘部撑垫或臀部起落的力量起坐时,该次不计数。 5、1分钟跳绳:

(1)考生应于测试前将绳的长短调至适宜长度。

(2)听到开始信号后开始跳绳,动作规格为正摇双脚跳绳,每跳跃一次且摇绳一回环(一周圈),计为一次。

(3)测试过程中,跳绳拌停,应继续进行;绳子断坏可以申请补测。

(4)听到结束信号后停止。记录考生在1分钟内完成的有效次数。

6、篮球运球:

(1)场地设置

测试场地长20米,宽7米,设标志杆10根(杆高1.2米以上)。

(2)测试方法

考生持球立于起点线后。听口令,从起点线运球出发,按照要求(如图示箭头方向)单手运球依次绕过5组标志杆后返回至终点线为结束。

(3)测试中篮球脱手后,如球仍在测试场地内,受试者可自行捡回,并在脱手处继续运球。

(4)测试过程中出现以下现象均属犯规行为,取消当次成绩:①运球过程中双手同时触球;②膝盖以下身体部位触球;③漏绕标志杆;④碰倒标志杆;⑤人或球出测试区域;⑥携带球;⑦未按要求完成全程路线;⑧人、球未一起通过终点。

(5)考生有两次测试机会,以最好成绩为考生最终考试成绩。如两次均犯规,则此项成绩记为0分。

7、足球运球:

(1)测试场地

在坚实、平整场地或足球场上进行,测试区域长30米,宽10米,起点线至第一杆距离为5米,各杆间距5米,共设5根标志杆(杆高1.2米以上),标杆距两侧边线各5米。(如图

)

(2)测试方法

考生站在起点(五个标志杆所形成直线与起点线的垂直处)后准备,听到出发口令后开始用脚(左右脚不限)向前运球,以S型依次绕过杆,不得碰杆。受试者和球均越过终点线即为结束。

(3)注意事项

(1)测试过程中出现以下现象均属犯规行为,取消当次成绩:①出发时抢跑;②漏绕标志杆;③碰倒标志杆;④故意手球;⑤人或球出规定测试区域;⑥未按要求完成全程路线;⑦人、球未一起通过终点。

(2)受试者有两次测试机会,以最好成绩为考生最终考试成绩。如两次均犯规,则此项成绩按0分计。

8、50米跑:

(1)采用站立式起跑,起跑发令后,考生未跑,则无成绩。

(2)站在起跑线后,听到信号后开始起跑,若有人抢跑,用哨声召回重跑,但每人只有一次机会。

(3)考生必须在本道次内跑过终点柱(凡跑错道或未跑到终点者,均无成绩)。

第一阶段的训练计划:一、弹跳力:立定跳远、兔跳、蛙跳、多级跳远、跳远腾空步、台阶上下跳、跑台阶、原地纵跳练习。 二、一般耐力:20――30分钟慢跑、越野跑、1600――3000米中速跑等 三、柔韧性练习:(1)两臂的平、侧、上等各方位的举、屈、伸、摆和各种形式的绕环练习。(2)两腿的屈、伸、压、踢、摆、纵横等练习。(3)整个身体的各种屈、伸、绕环等练习。(4)站立体前屈、俯卧臂伸、正侧踢腿、交叉步、悬垂等。 四、上肢、腹肌、背力量练习:俯卧撑、击掌俯卧撑、杠铃抓举、挺举。 五、灵敏性练习:穿梭跑、转身跑、后退跑、侧身跑、闪身跑、看信号跑等各种快速反应练习。 六、绝对速度练习:30――50米最大强度底跑、复跑、上下坡跑、顺风跑、阻力跑、加速跑等循环练习法每周3-4次每次5-6项。严格控制时间、次数。一般4-6次为一组,做5-6组。每组结束后穿插几个20-30米底加速跑。 注意事项:初期以掌握技术和力量为主。循序渐进合理安排负荷量、强度。防止中过渡疲劳和运动损伤。800米以上跑以提高机体有养工作底能力和机体对运动项目底适应能力。心率控制在每分钟150-160次。

第二阶段的训练计划: 100米:起跑器的使用、起跑、起跑后的加速跑、途中跑、冲刺跑。此外还包括跑步的步伐、频率、摆臂动作、呼吸等。 800米:体能的分配、弯道跑、脚下的步伐、起跑后的抢道和超越等。 铅球:原地侧向推铅球的技术要领(握、持球,基本姿势,预摆,最后用力出手,出手后的缓冲和落地)。 立定三级跳远:起跳、预摆、腾空、落地以及每一跳的技术要点。 高二的第二学期:

一、100米:1、最大强度底反复跑30―50米。2、接近最大强度的反复跑80―150米。

3、最大强度的顺风跑、下坡跑20―60米。4、接近最大强度的接力跑60―90米。练习要求:100米属于极限运动,一次课总的快速跑量,不能超过800米-1000米。并且要安排在调整后恢复的第一次课中,每次的第一项。切记在疲劳状态下速度。 二、800米:1、200-400米段落跑,2―3组。每组3次。2、500—600米段落跑,3―4组每组1-2次。3、800―600―400―200米间歇跑,1-2次1-2组。练习要求:这个阶段强度要比一般耐力强度大,心率可在180次以上,间歇时间以心率降低到每分钟140次左右为好。同时安排1―2次长距离的越野跑。

三、铅球:1、卧推杠铃。2、杠铃斜板推。3、站立水平推杠铃。4、负重屈肘。5、指卧撑等。练习要求:练习的强度比较大,注意运动中受伤,安全第一,另外要做好放松的练习。

四、立定三级跳远:1、深蹲跳。2、负重深蹲。3、负重半蹲跳。4、负重弓箭步走。5、行进间单脚跳。练习要求:学生必须在承担最大负荷的条件下快速用力完成各项练习,能否合理掌握在快速用力情况下的最大负荷量是影响条约成绩的关键和重要因素。第一个月用最大负荷的45%-75%作为负荷量。每个课做10―13次,每次5―7组。

第三阶段的训练计划:速度练习:1、原地高抬腿的摆臂练习。2、30-80米的加速跑练习。3、110米的快速跑练习。4、半高抬跑40米练习。5、前倾高抬腿跑30米练习。6、后踢腿跑40米练习。7、技术性加速跑80-120米练习。8、200米、300米间歇跑或不同跑距的组合跑练习4—8组,组合跑方案:(300米+200米+150米)。

耐力练习:1、定时跑:6分钟、12分钟跑练习。2、定距跑:400米、600米、800米、1500米跑练习。3、1000米—3000米变速跑(直道快速跑,弯道慢跑)。4、越野跑、负重跑(绑沙袋跑)练习。5、600米、400米、300米间歇跑或不同跑距的组合跑4—8组,组合跑方案:(600米+400米+200米)。

弹跳力练习:1、台阶跳。2、立定多级跳(三级、五级、七级、九级、十一级)。3、原地纵跳。4、助跑起跳摸高练习。5、单脚跳练习。6蛙跳练习。 力量练习:1、俯卧撑、指卧撑练习。2、仰卧起坐。3、悬垂举腿。4、高翻杠铃 5、杠铃深蹲16、负杠铃交换跳(每组间加快速高抬腿跑20次接快跑20米)7、大腿后肌群抗阻力练习。

第四阶段的训练计划:

高考体育加试一般在4月底,最后两个月的目的和重点是调整和巩固,要加强大强度的练习。适当减少量和次数,以每周2――3次为佳。其他的课外训练取消(比如晨练、周末训练),只安排较短的技术练习和柔韧练习,使学生机体不在过渡疲劳的情况下,下午进行1-2个小时的练习。另外要求学生尽量避免从事剧烈的体育活动,以防止运动受伤导致无法参加高考。 [注]:在整个训练计划的教学中,每次课都要做好考勤制度和充分的准备活动,活动的内容包括:慢跑800—1200米热身,各种拉长活动、协调练习、跑的专门练习、冲跑或弹性跑。各种体育游戏、球类活动和多种方式的徒手操练习。结束部分也要做好放松练习,在教学中既要重视练习的效果也要重视学生的思想教育,要把训练与思想教育结合起来,有意识地在教学训练过程中培养学生“严谨律己、不怕苦、不怕累、顽强拼搏”的品质,有计划地表扬优秀者鼓励后进者,加强与学校、家长、班主任的联系,出现问题及时解决,使学生的学习和训练能够得到充分的保障。通过师生的共同努力,在高考中取得优异的成绩。
