封面 浅析 政府对企业的 管理
内容摘要 随着社会的发展以及经济体制的不断完善，企业日益增多，恰当合理的管理对企业的发展有重要的作用。在企业的外部环境里，政府的相关机构是和企业最直接最主要的利益相关者，它能通过设定市场规则，改变市场规模，起草相关的法律法规，征税或者为企业提供补贴等一系列动作来对企业的绩效进行影响，是政府资源的主要来源。政府机构之所以是企业外部环境中最主要和最不稳定的因素，是因为它掌握着市场经济中的关键资源配置。所以，图和从政府机构中获得政府资源是我国普通的中小型企业都必须面对和解决的一个难题，它对企业的反正有着重要的作用。本文在分析了政府对企业管理的现状之后，找出了其中存在的问题，并且根据问题给出了相应的对策，为我国政府和企业之间的合作提出了建设性意见。
