如果你如同悲催的我，已经到了美国英文还是一团糟的话。可以花你小小时间，看下面这篇毫无技术的无赖技术帖，主要提高听说能力。如果你光想要提高阅读写作能力，这篇文章不太适合你。
先让大家了解一下我当年的英语水平??当年为了达到有个学校托福录取线，频繁进入川大托福考场，考场那几位监考阿姨都认识我了??对，如同电视连续剧一样，考了N多次，我永远差那一分，在第N＋1次，估计是ETS怜悯，挣够了那没得到的一分。最近跟当时的录取官讲起，他说当时很担心我过来会不会因为语言就彻底跟不上进度??
我现在说不上英文有多好，至少差不多能完全听得懂我老板，同事和我学生这老中青三代的笑话，经常也能回应一些他们很喜欢的笑话。没人会问我从哪里来了，没人会突然称赞我英语很好了。
好吧，不要废话了，开始无赖：
我从来就不是传统意义上勤奋的人，所以我从来没有那个勇气和毅力坚持做同样的事情很多很多很多遍，不管是听BBC VOA，还是看Friends或者其他美剧。对于一个吃上一顿的剩菜都觉得缺乏美感的人怎么可能认为无数遍的重复会让我体会到语言的美？至少我体会不到，所以我的策略是，跟人讲话，用实战来磨练我的水平。
所以，开始变成无赖吧，把你全身的老茧全部长到你的脸上吧，因为你需要一个炮击也伤不了你自尊心的铠甲一样的脸皮。当你由衷的散发出谦卑又无赖的味道时，我觉得你学习英语的心理建设就做好了。一下无赖的方法按简单程度排序，请从第一个开始尝试。
请不要一天24／7都跟华人混。学校里面总有对中国文化有兴趣的孩子，不管是哪里的孩子，英语说的比你好的孩子在这个时候就是好孩子。你都找到好孩子了，快点认识人家，快点用你蹩脚的英语跟人家说中国文化什么的啊。一种方法说不懂就换一种啊，再听不懂就继续换啊，千万不要never mind啊，不管怎么憋一定要把这个topic憋完啊。然后这个时候请注意，一旦别人不管听懂了你的意思给你重复一次，还是没有听懂继续瞎蒙你的意思，你一定要搞明白对方在说什么，然后牢牢记住他们的用词。多认识几个这样的好孩子，不要引起对方的疲劳，多请人家喝咖啡吃饭什么的拖住别人陪你唠嗑。在你了解了多了一点当地文化之后去多问这些特殊专有词是干嘛的，听不懂就要问，反正你的脸皮已经修炼成城墙倒拐那么厚了，反正以学英语为目的的无赖都不是耍流氓。
上课之前早一点去教室外面等着，多找几个同学聊一聊课程，课后问一问作业，顺便记几个电话号码，约大家一起出来学习。我以前就这么无耻的干过，第一学期的时候，约大家一起出来学pre－calculus（弱智弱爆了），其实就是我为了学英语，免费为大家讲题??很受大家欢迎啊。大家永远不会一直乖乖学习的，两三道题之后就开始闲扯，一开始闲扯我就尖起耳朵专心听。好吧，我承认我这个人很八卦，听英语的同时确实听了很多八卦??这个，回归主题，同学是很好的学习英语以及融入学生生活的渠道。
如果你跟我之前一样是在一个很小的学校，那我建议你在Office Hour去找教授，如果你听课还有问题，那你一定要去找教授。一般来说第一节课你就会知道上课听讲会不会有问题，
鉴于我就是一个无赖（好吧，我承认了），不管有没有问题我都会跑到教授面前说，我英语不好，你可不可以讲慢一点啊，你可不可以让我录音啊，你可不可以??我的教授人都多好的，一般来说我的无耻的要求总能得到无理的满足，然后好多教授还愿意给我特别设一个时间给我讲题什么的，我一般都无耻的去，虽然经常很多问题的答案都是知道的。找些看似跟课程有关系的问题去问教授，因为教授跟学生身份不一样，说话的方式有区别，多观察教授讲课的遣词造句，绝对有助于以后你自己做presentation。
学校一般都有Counseling Service，就是心理辅导中心之类的。我觉得大家可以合理利用这个机构。我们学校的健保费（不是医疗保险，是学校的收费）包括校医院的服务和心理辅导服务，我带了一堆药，而且没那么容易生部，所以如果不去心理辅导我觉得这个钱就白交了。不能这么亏是不是。所以我每周都去找我的counselor一个小时，完全就是用英语对着树洞讲心事，还不用担心别人会知道（签署了保密协议）。会不会用英语讲述你自己内心的故事？不会就练吧，这些counselor的工作就是听你说，不管你的英语再烂他们也必须认真耐心听你说完，一般来说人好的还会教你怎么用英语说比较好。
好多人平时讲话都没有问题，但是很怕打电话，我有一个练习电话英语的无赖方法，就是接听所有打进来不管是做调查的也好，推销的也好的电话。打电话的时候请保证听清楚每一句，然后用你的话再说一遍给TA听是不是这个意思。如果没有听清楚请一定问对方很多次，问到你明白为止。最糟糕的情况就只是对方实在是无奈给你解释不清楚然后就挂电话，不要气馁，因为总有下一个??还有一个方法就是??好吧，我真的发现我这个人蛮无耻的??就是去骚扰各种客服。客服的工作就是听你讲电话，所以请随心所欲的打吧，而且各色口音俱全，真是居家旅行必备。如果你英语还没有好到掌控如此多色彩缤纷五光十色的口音还要办正经事的时候，请找个靠谱的孩子陪你一起打电话吧。不然我就只能wish you the best??
好吧还有最后一个，真的只有最后一个了，我知道我很唐僧，请再忍一忍。我有一段时间相当自闭的时候（我知道你们想象不到??我自己都想像不到），除了consoler就不跟其他人讲话了，后来觉得不行了，这样人会崩溃的，然后我就一个人去餐厅吃饭，然后坐吧台的座位（请保证你18岁以上）。因为我是一个人，所以bartender必须跟我说话是吧，作为一个有修养的无赖我也必须正常的回应别人是吧。Fortunately，这也是对方工作的一部分，所以??请多给小费吧??
