10月9日下午湖北省教育厅来大河岸小学调研记事
10月9日下午，省厅要来人对省招老师进行调研。听到这个消息，真心特别激动，感觉这么些天我们的心声传到了省厅娘家人的耳朵里，而且安排领导下来调研，说明也许我们并不是那被发配到农村然后被县里市里省里当皮球踢来踢去的一群大学生。或许我们并没有被遗忘。
10月9日刚吃完午饭不久，传来消息说，人快到了，让我们去会议室等，我们早早的来到了会议室，第一节课过去了，没有踪影，
第一节下课时间过去了还是没有来，第二节课上课了，终于来了。
浩浩荡荡的来了十几号人，有省厅的、有市局的、有县局的。下车他们做的第一件事情不是直奔会议室，而是去看了我们学校养的猪。
看了一会儿猪他们来到会议室，进门之际省招老师很礼貌的起立，鼓掌，领导中有人介绍了一下领导都是谁谁谁，两个领导分别和教师们握了手，领导握手后就退到门口站着，省招老师很热情的端茶倒水，招呼来的领导落座，可是他们起初不大肯坐，就站在门口简单的询问了几句你们是哪年考上的之后，直接说：“我们刚从中学过来，已经听了他们反馈的一些问题，估计你们和他们差不多，就派一个代表说吧。”然后开口说话的那人，大手一挥，随便指了一个：“就你了”。
不知是谁说了一句，还是坐下来听吧，这些领导才陆陆续续的坐了下来。我们被指定的省招老师代表，想到自己的心酸、想到自己的
待遇，想到来座谈前一大批校长找他谈话，一开口就哽咽得说不出话来。见状，另一老师接过话语，提到了工资待遇不公平的问题，省领导解释说因为你们是新机制所以当然和其他老师不一样啊，当初你们工资高的时候心里是不是很高兴啊？后来其他省招老师陆续询问了五险一金、工资增长机制、教龄、职称、编制、周转房押金、生活补助等现存的问题。
大概了解了之后，进门就趾高气扬的那个领导开始说话了：
当初开启省招教师模式，是为了给农村补充新鲜的血液，以高于当地教师工资水平吸纳优秀的人才为农村服务，现在农村教师工资有所上涨，省厅专门针对省招老师进行调研，当然，你们可以有更多的选择。涨工资不会每年都涨，你们是年薪制，三万当时是高于当地教师工资水平的。
各个地方财政实力不一样，五险一金没有办法由省里统一。有的地方财政实力雄厚，他们可以全部代缴，不要你们出钱；有的地方财政实力不那么雄厚，还是要求你们出自己的那一部分。但不管保险采取的是什么样的扣除方法，但那个钱还是你们的，不能说拿到手的没有三万，而要看实际总额是不是三万。
编制是有的，网上可以查到。生活补助你们也是有的。

当有老师提到湖南特岗教师的工资待遇及课时任务时，那领导又说：“湖南跟湖北GDP全国排名是紧挨着的，经济水平都差不多，如果说湖南的特岗教师到手的工资比你们高，只能说湖南的财政实力比
湖北要雄厚。”
然后这位省厅口才了得的人就在那里夸夸其谈，省招教师中还有人想提问的，可是他马上高声快速的讲话，根本不给人提问的机会。 在这位领导说的过程中，我注意到了其他领导，有位年轻的男同志和一位年轻的女同志一直在讲小话，罗田县教育局长表情严肃而紧张，大河岸教育组长一直笑呵呵的，其他省领导中只有一个人在某老师提到河铺收周转房押金时候做了笔记，其他人都心不在焉没有做任何笔记。另外，那说起周转房押金的老师还被单独叫去问话了。
没有多久，省厅的人说完话就走了，我们有位老师说我们用掌声欢送下领导并静候佳音吧。
一行领导很迅速的下楼，其中一位男老师受广大网友之托，将网上流传的那封家书和细则，迅速的跑下去，在他们准备上那豪华的小车前塞到了省厅讲话的那位领导手中（当然这位男老师后来被各种问话）。
望着省厅领导那一大阵渐行渐远的乌黑的小车，慢慢消失，所有省招老师心中??

Zhai Tiantian,who studied at the Stevens Institute of Technology,has been accused of trying to set fire to a campus building and of making threats to a professor who gave him a low mark.No physical altercation took place but Zhai reportedly said something along the lines of “at worst,I will risk anything on the line.” The professor called the campus police.
According to the indictment sheet(起诉书),Zhai is facing the serious charge of making a terroristic threat.
For a few days,Chinese media mistranslated,or misunderstood the charges and reported that Zhai was being charged with terrorism.
Some language experts have speculated(推测)that the disagreement between Zhai and the professor can also be chalked up to cultural and linguistic differences.“What Chinese people regard as acceptable speeches may be regarded by Americans as threats,” said Luo Gang,the Chinese Consulate’s Overseas Chinese Affairs consul.“This is an unfortunate incident.Even though Zhai intended no harm,he has done himself a great deal of harm.”
Du,now 23,said she supports Zhai’s actions in fighting to save his academic
career,but added he needs to learn more about communication in a foreign language.
“Chinese students in a foreign country must prepare more in terms of languages and conversation skills to avoid misunderstandings,” she said.

三、招聘工作程序和办法
(一)岗位查询
报考人员可通过罗田县政府门户网、罗田县交通运输局网站查询《2016年罗田县汽车运输总公司公开招聘工作人员岗位条件表》。
(二)报名及资格审查
1、报名时间： 2016年10月14日至2016年10月28日，上午8：00-12:00，下午14:30-17:00，报名截止时间为2016年10月28日下午17:00。
2、报名地点：罗田县汽车运输总公司人事监察科
3、报名方式：现场报名。
4、报名要求：报考人员需持本人身份证、毕业证、资格证书和其它相关证件原件及复印件，近期免冠两寸彩色照片2张，填写报名登记表。每人交报名考务费50元。
报考人员只能选择一个岗位进行报名，报名与考试时使用的身份证必须一致。
5、资格审查：对考生报考资格进行资格审查，凡审查不符合报名资格条件的，取消其报考资格。资格审查由县汽运总公司负责组织实施，报县交通运输局监督备案。对符合报考条件的不得拒绝其报名。

(三)考试
考试采取笔试和面试相结合的方式进行，岗位的招考人数与报考人数原则上应达到1:3的比例，未达到规定比例的，原则上应取消或削减该招聘岗位计划，但如属于公司紧缺专业技术岗位需要的，经公司集体研究同意可适当放宽比例。
1、笔试
(1)内容：笔试考试范围详见《2016年罗田县汽车运输总公司公开招聘工作人员岗位条件表》，考试时间为120分钟，采用闭卷方式测试。
(2)笔试时间和地点：详见准考证。
本次考试不指定考试辅导用书，不举办也不委托任何机构举办考试辅导培训班。
2、面试
面试主要测试应试人员的综合素质和相关能力及综合运用专业知识解决工作中实际问题的能力，突出行业和岗位的适应性。
(1)面试人员的确定。按照笔试成绩从高到低的顺序，每一岗位按计划招聘人数2倍的比例确定参加面试的人选。
(2)面试信息发布后，因考生弃权等因素造成入围人选达不到规定比例的，经公司研究，并报招考工作主管部门同意备案后，方可进入面试。
(3)面试资格确认。面试前，招聘单位对拟参加面试人员进行现场资格复审，重点审核拟参加面试人员提供的本人身份证、准考证、毕业证、学历学位证等相关证明材料是否真实有效，并确定面试人员和面试时间。经复审不符合招聘资格条件的，取消面试资格，需递补的，在报考同一岗位人员中依笔试成绩由高到低的顺序依次递补，并报招考工作主管部门备案。资格确认合格者交纳50元面试费。
面试人员不按指定时间、地点参加资格确认或资格确认不合格的，取消面试资格。
(4)面试注意事项。参加面试人员在开考前10分钟未到达指定地点或者弃考的，取消其面试资格，不再进行递补。
(5)面试方式。面试采取结构化面试方式进行。面试成绩实行百分制，按照去掉一个最高分和去掉一个最低分，取考官有效评分平均分的方法计算。
面试时如出现考生缺考、违纪情况，其面试成绩按零分计算，但该岗位招聘计划不再调减。
(6)面试时间、地点另行通知。
3、综合成绩计算
考试总成绩计算。考试总成绩=笔试成绩×60%+面试成绩×40%。综合成绩精确到小数点后两位，若遇特殊情况，可精确到小数点后三位。
4、体检、考核、公示、聘用
(1)体检。进入体检人员按岗位招聘人数与体检人数1:1的比例，根据综合成绩从高分到低分确定，同职位综合成绩出现并列的，则以笔试成绩为序，体检费用由考生自理。因体检不合格或主动放弃出现名额空缺，从该岗位面试人员中按总成绩从高分到低分依次递补。
(2)考核。体检合格人员由招聘单位与主管部门负责组织对其实施考核。考核的主要内容包括考核对象的思想政治表现、道德品质、业务能力、遵纪守法等情况，同时对其资格条件进
行复审。因考核不合格或主动放弃出现缺额，从该岗位面试人员中按考试总成绩从高分到低分依次递补。
(3)公示。体检、考核合格人员必须在罗田县政府门户网、罗田县交通运输局网向社会公示，接受社会监督。公示时间为5个工作日。
公示期满，对没有问题或者反映的问题不影响聘用的，办理聘用审批手续;对反映有严重问题并查证属实的，取消聘用资格，并按该岗位面试人员综合成绩排序依次递补，同职位综合成绩出现并列的，则以笔试成绩为序。
(4)聘用。经公示无异议者确定为拟聘人员。由公司为新招聘的人员办理聘用手续，对不服从分配或聘用后不按时上岗的，取消其聘用资格，聘用人员试用期六个月。试用期满，经考核合格，公司报县交通运输局和县人社局审核，经批准后，与新招聘人员一次性签订劳动合同叁年，并办理相应劳动用工和社会保险手续。
