建筑施工项目安全管理研究---以渭南企业工程为例 摘要：项目安全管理是实现'以人为本“项目管理新理念的根本保证。它是项目管理的重要组成部分。强调人在项目中的主体地位和积极作用。然而，我国传统的安全管理体系尚未形成体系，还存在着几个主要问题。缺乏科学的指标体系是其中一个重要问题。安全管理具有系统性和连续性的特点，找出主要矛盾，分析深层次原因，实施有效的对策。它是解决安全问题的有效方法，也是实践中安全管理的主要手段。本文全面列举了我国建筑业施工安全的现状，从制度、人员、成本、管理等方面探讨了案例施工项目安全生产问题的症结所在，提出了案例企业施工安全管理的新方法及其操作过程。其目的是降低建筑物的事故率，提高建筑业的生产率和效率。
