慰问信
[文体指导] 一、慰问信(letter of concern)属于应用文的范畴。慰问信是作者就某一个问题或一些现象，表达自己对事件的关心，并提出自己的一些看法和解决办法。
二、基本结构 开头：简单介绍写信的缘由。
主体：针对对方问题(如生病等)进行有针对性的鼓励和安慰，并适当提出自己的建议。注意语气一定要委婉，能体现出自己对对方的关切之情。
结尾：简单的希望或祝福。
[亮点句式] 1 1．开头常用语 ①I"m shocked/very sorry to hear that... ②It was a great shock to hear that... ③I just can"t tell you how sad I was when I heard that... ④I can"t tell you how sorry I felt when I heard that... ⑤I am writing to express my deep care for you. 2 2．主体常用语 ①I understand how you feel now. ②I know the way you feel very well. ③It"s true that attitude decides everything.So you should never give up no matter what happens. ④Please let me know if there is anything I can do. ⑤If I can be of any help，please don"t hesitate to let me know. 3 3．结尾常用语 ①I"m looking forward to... ②I hope our caring will help to comfort you. ③If you need help，please don"t hesitate to let me know. ④Thank you for trusting me and I"d like to give you some advice.
