英语招聘启事三步速成

英语招聘启事属于应用文体写作，是高考英语作文的一大重点。这类作文的写作大致可分为三步，现结合具体考例讨论如下：
一、 高考真题
【真题1】（2010全国卷Ⅱ）假设你是李华，你的美国笔友Peter曾表示希望来中国教书。你校现需招聘外教，请给他写封信，告知招聘信息。内容主要包括：
教授课程：英语口语、英语写作、今日美国、今日英国等
授课对象：高中生（至少三年英语基础）
工作量：
——每周12学时，任选三门课
——担任学生英语(原文来自：wWW.DxF5.com 东 星资源网:招聘启事范文英语初中)俱乐部或英语校报顾问（advisor）
注意：1. 词数：100左右；
2. 可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯；

二、写作三步法
Step 1：总说招聘职位基本信息
用一句话总说要招聘的职位，涵盖招聘的基本信息，包括三个方面的内容：招聘单位，招聘对象（如是男还是女，是留学生还是外国人，是志愿者还是兼职等），工作内容。要求语言简洁，用词精准。如：
真题1：Our school（招聘单位） now is looking for a native-speaker（招聘对象） to teach some courses（工作内容） to senior high students.
真题2：The Student Union of our school（招聘单位） decides to invite an international student（招聘对象） to work as an English Study Advisor （工作内容） next term.
写作高参：
（1） The BCPR is seeking an individual to fill the position of a senior translator. Candidates seeking this position should meet one of the two qualifications...
（2） We need native English teachers who have experience in teaching English as a second language to join us.
Step 2：详细展开岗位职责和要求
岗位职责（responsibilities）是工作内容的具体化，在分述岗位职责时要注意条理化，避免杂乱和遗漏。岗位要求（requirements）是对招聘对象履行岗位职责的具体条件和要求，包括

高中英语作文范文：“An English Editor Wanted” 招聘启事假如你是校报负责人，急需在学校内聘一位同学任英文版的编辑，请你用英文以"An English Editor Wanted"为题目写一则招聘启事。内容要如下：
