My Happy Spring Festival
Spring Festival is the most important and popular festival in China. I was very happy during the Spring Festival. Before Spring Festival, My grandmother, mother and father cleaned and decorated our houses. And they went to the Flower Fairs to buy some flowers. They also bought new clothes for me and my sisters.
On the eve of the Spring Festival, My families got together and had a big meal at home. We had chatting each other. We had chicken, duck, fish, pork and such as. And we ate dumplings and watch the Spring Festival party on television. During Spring Festival，my parents gave us lucky money. I and my sisters played the fireworks in the open air. We had many fireworks. They were very beautiful. They looked like flowers in the sky. We were very happy and excited. After that, I made a wish. I hoped that we could have a happy and healthy life next year and everyone in my family could be happy. During the Spring Festival, we visited relatives and friends
I love Spring Festival and enjoy it very happy.
How to keep healthy?
What is the most important thing in the world? I think it is health. That is why we always try to eat in a healthy way and exercise regularly.
In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins.
Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.
What's more, I think friends are an important part of one's health. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy.

Learning to get along with our parents.
Good morning , ladies and gentlemen. Today my topic is learning to get along with our parents .
These days , most of us feel it is hard to get along with our parents .We easily get angry for no reason and even don’t talk to them for days.
I think the causes are as follows .First , our parents only care about our marks and it makes us stressed . Second , we are unwilling to communicate with them . It’s time for us to change. First，we can communicate with them , by sharing our joys and worries with them .Then , we can help do some housework to show our love for them . Finally , we should achieve a balance between our schoolwork and hobbies so that they won’t feel worried about us.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the traditional Chinese festivity for both the Han and minority nationalities which is held on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. Chinese legends say that the moon is the brightest and the roundest on this day and it is usually in September or October. In this day, people are busy and happy.
Firstly,this day was also considered as a harvest festival since fruits, vegetables and grain had been harvested by this time and food was abundant. The moon cake issymbols of the festival is round which like all the families sit around to celebrating. People eating moon cakes under the round moon can evoke longing for distant relatives and friends, and it's easy to understand how important this festival is for Chinese people. An ancient Chinese story came to my mind when I look at the moon, it's about the Goddess Chang and her little rabbit are playing under the tree which Wu Gang grows, and every Chinese people know this story.Secondly, we will visit our friends and relatives and send them some moon cakes with " Happy Mid-Autumn Festival ". A lot of people are going home to celebrate this festival, and most of them hang up some lanterns which means reunion, bright and happy. At this time, the farmers harvest and they are very happy.
Finally, on the festival day, family members gather to offer sacrifice to the moon, appreciate the bright full moon, eat moon cakes, and express strong yearnings toward family members and friends who live afar. People with the moon to the sustenance of missing each other.
The round shape of cakes just symbolizes not only the moon but also the unity of the family. Therefore the Mid-Autumn Festival is actually a day for family reunion with the other members.

The dragon boat festival is a Chinese traditional festival to worship the ancient patriotic poet , Qu Yuan. As is known to us , in order to warn the king , Qu yuan sacrifice his life to jump into the Miluo river.People were touched by his behavior and set the day he died as a festival to show honour to him.
Throughout our country,many places celebrate the festival.While the ways to observe the dragon boat festival differ from place to place.In my hometown,we often eat rice-dumplings and drink a special wine.In addition,parents usually make a small beautiful packet with special powder in it for their children to protect them from being hurt by snakes.Besides ,what should be stressed is the dragon-boat racing,which is very intersting and exciting. On that day ,people gather on the both sides of the river to watch the participators spare no effort to make for the finishing line. Last but not least,families should take some measures to keep five poisonous creatures away or wipe them out.
Nowadays,many students have a tendency to celebrate the foreign festivals and overlook the traditional ones.From my point of view ,we should cherish our traditional festivals,such as the Dragon festival.Because they are culture treasures of our country.
