Most people know that Marie Curie was the first woman to win the Nobel Prize, and the first person to win it twice. However, few people know that she was also the mother of a Nobel Prize winner.

Born in September, 1897, Irene Curie was the first of the Curies’ two daughters. Along with nine other children whose parents were also famous scholars, Irene studied in their own school, and her mother was one of the teachers. She finished her high school education at the College of Sévigné in Paris.

Irene entered the University of Paris in 1914 to prepare for a degree in mathematics and physics. When World War I began, Irene went to help her mother, who was using X-ray facilities(设备) to help save the lives of wounded soldiers. Irene continued the work by developing X-ray facilities in military hospitals in France and Belgrum. Her services were recognised in the form of a Military’s Medal by the French government.

In 1918, Irene became her mother’s assistant at the Curie Institute. In December 1924, Frederic Joliot joined the Institute, and Irene taught him the techniques required for his work. They soon fell in love and were married in 1926. Their daughter Helene was born in 1927 and their son Pierre five years later.

大家访活动安排

为贯彻落实省、市、县教育行政部门相关文件精神,加强我校教育行风和师德师风建设,促进家校教育有效衔接,形成学校、家庭、社会三位一体的育人合力,推进素质教育工作深入实施,办好人民满意教育,结合当前教育系统“创先争优”和“三问三解”活动的开展,在全校教师中开展“走进家庭、携手育人”大家访活动。现就活动开展具体安排如下:

一、活动主题

大家访活动的主题是:“走进家庭、携手育人”。

二、领导机构:

为了确保本次大家访活动的顺利开展,成立周至五中“走进家庭、携手育人”大家访活动领导小组,其组成人员如下:组 长:马占军

三、指导思想

大家访活动的指导思想是:让每一个学生在家长和老师的关爱下健康成长、全面发展。开展大家访活动要以改善少年儿童成长环境为出发点,以构建和谐家校关系、和谐师生关系、和谐教群关系为目标,通过家访切实加强学校和家庭、教师和家长的联系,了解学生成长环境、思想动态及校内外表现,及时通报学生在校表现情况,宣传正确的家庭教育思想,掌握教育子女的科学方法,征求学生及家长对教师和学校工作的意见和建议,营造全社会共同关爱学生、教育学生的德育氛围,弘扬“教育服务人民、教师服务学生”的风尚。

四、活动内容

1.时间及对象。

时间是2012年4月至2012年9月。大家访活动的对象为所有在校学生,要求实现“全员参与、全生覆盖、全程跟踪”,所有教

师全员参与、所有在校学生全面覆盖、大家访过程全面跟踪和评价,逐步形成我校大家访教育长效机制。

2.工作重点。大家访活动要重点关注六类家庭:一是经济困难家庭,二是学习困难的学生家庭,三是思想和学业上有重大变化的学生家庭,四是留守儿童(含单亲子女)家庭,五是进城务工随迁子女家庭,六是残疾学生家庭。

3.任务要求。大家访活动的任务要求,一是了解掌握学生家庭情况、成长环境、在家表现、学习和生活习惯等;二是向家长反馈学生在校思想、学习情况和综合表现等;三是向家长介绍我校办学理念、办学特色、办学模式及教育政策,对家长关注的热点难点问题做好解释和宣传工作,赢得家长对学校工作的理解与支持;四是宣传学生健康成长的心理、生理及安全卫生等方面的知识,指导家长用科学的方法教育孩子;五是以六类家庭为重点,开展帮扶、辅导(包括心理辅导和学习辅导)及其他助学活动;六是征求家长对学校工作的意见和建议,自我反思与评价,与家长共同探讨促进学生健康成长的有效方法与途径。

4.活动形式。各位老师根据各自家访学生实际,因地制宜组织开展家访活动,科学合理安排家访工作。各班主任家访的对象是本班的全体学生,各科任老师家访的对象是所带课的班级学生,行政和处室人员家访的对象是所包的班级和年级。主要通过实地家访进行,学校按实地家访计算各人家访次数。班主任还要通过网络、校讯通平台、电话等多种方式加强与家庭联系。

五、活动要求

1.加强组织领导。由校级领导带队负责 ,苟嘉川副书记负责行政和三处室教师,张飞鸽副校长负责高三级科任教师,龚建斌副校长负责高二级科任教师,王小兵副校长负责高一级科任教师。班主任每月实地家访不少于10次,科任教师和行政处室人员每月实地家访不少于5次,并做好相关记录。

及联系方式,各位老师结对结组出行,保证出行安全。家访过程认真做好记录,虚心听取家长的意见和建议。各位老师每月9日以前上交上一个月的家访记录和每月的家访小结。

4.形成良好氛围。做好宣传。由办公室牵头,语文组协助利用板报、传单、家长学校等形式做好宣传,让社会充分了解大家访活动的目的、意义、内容和要求,提高群众知晓率,扩大社会影响力,要对大家访活动中的先进典型事迹追踪报道,形成全社会共同关注学生健康成长的良好局面。

5.建立长效机制。为实现我校家访活动常态化,学校将建立大家访活动督导机制,由政教处对各教师活动开展情况适时进行专项检查,每月小结评比,发布活动简报,逐步推进我校大家访工作的经常化、制度化。各老师要把大家访活动作为家校沟通的有效途径,坚持每学期对大家访活动做出专题安排,并将家访工作情况列入教师师德档案和业务档案,作为教师师德考评、绩效考核及评优、晋级的重要内容。对于不履行职责的教师评优、晋级一票否决。

学校是育人的场所,是青少年成长的乐园,是奠基学生一生幸福的摇篮。为把学校打造成温馨家园和幸福乐园,把学生培养成阳光健康、乐观向上的社会主义建设者和接班人,我校决定按上级要求开展“让校园充满生机,让学生健康成长”的活动,具体实施方案如下:

一、目的意义:

以加强学校体育教育和书香校园建设为切入点和突破口,开展“让校园充满生机,让学生健康成长”的主题活动,是教育系统践行科学发展观的必然要求;是全面贯彻党的教育方针,全面推进素质教育,促进学生全面发展的重要举措;是贯彻《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》,落实《中共中央国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》的有效途径,对于促进学生体质健康,培养学生的人文素养和审美情趣,提升学校办学品位和营造良好的育人环境具有十分重要的意义。

二、基本项目:

“让校园充满生机,让学生健康成长”主题活动的基本项目为、两操、一活动”;“两操”就是早操和课间操;“一活动”就是课外活动。

三、主要目标:

1、每天使学校阳光运动1小时得到保证,早操、课间操及体育活动质量全面提高,实现常见病、易发病、多发病、近视眼发病率大幅下降,促进学生体质的全面健康。

1、提高认识,加强领导。

2、明确任务,精心组织。

学校对本方案,尽快组织开展主题活动的活动方案,方案要有针对性,措施要有操作性,活动形式要新颖,内容要符合学生年龄特点、符合运动规律、符合学生身心发展规律,时时关注学生的发展,处处关注学生的成长,事事与学生健康相连,使活动制度化、规范化、科学化。

学校为活动顺利开展提供师资保障,并督促学校按国家课程计划

开齐、开全、开足音体育课程,任何单位和个人不得挤占体育课时和学生的活动时间。

学校要精心组织,教师及学生要人人参与,要保证主题活动天天坚持,使之常态化。各校要遵循学生的生长发育规律和运动规律,科学制订活动计划,规范编排活动项目,严格加强活动管理,尤其要对场地设施、器械、器材等进行不间断检查维修,确保活动安全。
