家电行业存货管理内部控制研究 中 文 摘 要 积压货物是公司在日常中拥有的一些用作未来出售的商品或完工产品，是生产中得到的生产品，为生产的总过程或者劳动过程中消耗的资源。它是公司在生产运营中的总过程，也是一个公司运营活动之中不能缺少的东西。积压货物的内在掌控在公司的发展中具有举足轻重的作用，组建一个良好完善的存货的内部掌控机制是十分主要的方面。文章针对现有一些研究所得的关于内部掌控的定义、用途以及电器公司在管控过程中主要的现象以及相关对策进行研究，再结合现实给出合理的并且可行性较高的方案。目前中国经济已经发展起来并且处在了全球化的时代中，有关内部管控已经成为当代公司的主要管理方法，变成了公司发展和经营的主要部分，与公司的存亡息息相关。积压货物的内在管控的进行，可以使公司辨认危险的存在，减少欺骗现象发生，降低本金并提高利益的获取量。
