  Abstract.Nowadays, it is our priority one to carry out the quality education and the educating guiding ideology of "health is the first". University sports education plays an important role in today"s education system. However it has been proved that today"s university sports education mode can"t meet our need with the development of the whole society. With such current circumstances, we need to make a change on our existing sports education mode and improve our quality of education. And the quality education policy gives higher-level requirements. In this text, we purpose the idea of the construction of university sports education mode which is merged with science, humanity and health education. After that we set up a brand new educating ideology under new sports education mode. The new ideology requires us to train talents. They should have scientific spirit, humanity spirit, health awareness, international vision. They are comprehensive, harmonious.

  1.Definition of the Concept of Sports Education Mode
  The sports educating mode is subordinate to the educating mode. It is a special and open educating mode. Sports educating mode asks us to make use of effective system of sports educating methods and form a relatively stable educating program. First of all we need to follow the guidance of sports education ideology and target. Generally speaking, a complete sports education mode includes four parts. They are correct educating ideology, human-oriented theoretical basis, scientific educating methods and complete evalutation system.
  
  2.Construction of University Sports Education Mode Which Is Merged with Science, Humanities and Health Education
  To merge science, humanities and health education into the university sports education mode, we need to focus on these following points. Each point has its own characteristics.
  2.1. Establish the educating ideology of the brand new mode of university sports education which is merged with science, humanity and health education
  2.1.1 The development of modern sports education mode should reflect the content of science, humanity and health education.
  The construction and innovation of sports education mode should follow these lines. One, it should have definite guiding ideology of teaching, educating plan of each unit, operating program and corresponding teaching methods. Two, the concept system needs to be quite mature. Three, it ought to follow the classification law of sports education. The last one is that it should have quite strong practical basis and regain obvious effect in the sports educating process. Combing these four lines organically, then the educating ideology of this new mode of university sports education can be based.
  2.1.2 How can we establish clearly the educating ideology of new university sports education mode?
  With the guiding idea of "health is the first" is getting deeper and deeper in the society with the practice of university sports education, the developing direction of sports education is to merge with science, humanity and health education. This has already become the overall direction of the revolution of modern university and college sports education. As an important part of the sports education, the sports education mode and its educating ideology should meet the developing direction of sports education naturally. Finally it should form its own education ideology with special characteristics.
  2.2. Theoretical basis of new university sports education mode which is merged with science, humanity and health education
  2.2.1 People-oriented theoretical basis
  It has many benefits if we follow the people-oriented theoretical basis in the process of sports education. It helps us to raise the students" passion and interest towards sports. It focuses on the learning emotion of students and respects their dominant position. Thirdly it contributes to the development of students" initiative and enthusiasm of sports and the conformation of perfect characteristics. In a word, it provides a reliable basis of training people comprehensively.
  2.2.2Traditional theoretical basis of science, technology and learning ability
  In August of 2002, the Ministry of Education issued . It points out that the sports course aims at making university students take body exercises. With probable sports education and process of scientific physical exercises, university students can improve their body constitution, healthy status and sports accomplishment. Sports courses are public compulsories which are aimed at this.
  2.2.3 Guiding ideology of "health is the first"
  The educating ideology "health is the first" is necessary for university education. Under the background that the higher education is merged with humanity education and science education, the modern multiple-dimension view of health gives us higher-level requirements about the innovation of national university sports education mode. It means that if we only emphasize the merge of humanity education, science education and ability education, it will be far not enough. Apart from this, we need to pay attention on the healthy status of students. Only with both these two points can we implement the education ideology of "health is the first" which is proposed by the whole nation. It serves for training comprehensive people. This also reflects the viewpoint of "coordinated development of body, heart and group".
  2.3. Educating methods and system of university sports education mode which Is merged with science, humanities and health education
  2.3.1 Humanity means of the new education mode
  Humanity education is the guiding mean to realize the goal of "sports participation" and "society adaptation". When students" awareness and interest about sports are raised and they feel like taking part in sports activities through humanity education, they will be eager to gain relative knowledge to make their performance perfect, which results from people"s psychology of seeking best. And when students would like to take exercises initiatively and learn about the sports ability, our goal of making them physical healthy is reached.
  2.3.2 Science and technology, ability means of the new education mode
  "Science and technology, ability education" is the guiding mean aiming at "sports ability" and physical health. When "science and technology, ability education" works, which makes students handle some knowledge and ability, students will take part in the corresponding sports activities naturally. When students have their own sports specialty and take part in it initiatively as well as make use of their knowledge from "science and technology, ability education ", they can test their body constitution and select the most effective methods to exercise. All of these can help them create a healthy life physically and psychologically. None of any parts of the new education mode can be ignored. Of course science and technology, ability education is included.
  2.3.3 Health means of the new education mode
  Health education is the guiding method in the field of "physical health", "psychological health" and "society adjustment". It directly shows students the real essence and standard of health (including physical health, psychological health, moral health and society adjustment) in its educating process. It helps students to know and understand real health, which can encourage them to take exercises and learn about sports skills to improve their healthy status.
  2.3.4Operating procedures of rational new sports education mode
  In the operating procedures of the sports education mode designed in this research, 4 parts are involved and reflected in it and they work in the whole process. They are humane care, science and technology, ability education and health awareness.
  1)Preparation before class
  It includes that teachers get to know the class and understand it deep. Teachers need to make use of their imagination and practice further. They should discuss the methods of teaching and skills in the primary practice and how to reflect humane care and health awareness in the educating process. Finally is how to evaluate students learning effect and performance.
  2)Students" preliminary practice
  Let students perform in their own training methods to finish the sports movement. Students need to provide simple skill guidance and protection for students in this process.
  3)Innovative methods
  Let students themselves evaluate each other and get their own conclusion. According to the situation of each student, they propose innovatively one or more methods which have the best performance. After that, they can carry on their skill practice under the scientific guidance of teachers.
  4)Normal sports class
  Carry out normal sports class to teach students and give them accurate skill guidance.
  5)Multiple classes
  Teachers should finish the education of this unit in multiple classes.
  6)Finishing
  Finish this unit. Summarize the unit.
  2.4. Evaluating system of new sports education mode
  Effect evaluation of sports education is the testament of the performance of new sports education mode in practical use.
  Evaluation of sports education mode is based on the value judgments of target in the process and result of education process. With correct evaluation we can improve the education procedures. Also with the help of evaluation we can make some certification. Evaluation includes four aspects. The first one is the evaluation of the education mode itself. The second one is the evaluation on teacher"s teaching performance. The third one is the evaluation on students" learning performance. The last one is the evaluation of the implementation of the course and its implementation of the conditions.
  
  3. Conclusions and Proposal
  3.1. Conclusions
  The education ideology of new university sports education mode which is merged with science, humanity and health education is that we should train comprehensive people with the heritage of sports culture. That means we are required to train comprehensive people with humanity spirit, science spirit and health awareness.
  "Health is the first". Under such backgrounds we can never ignore the importance of sports education. However our existing university sports education mode can"t meet the need of the modern age. Higher-level society requires higher-level and higher-efficient education.
  The new university sports education mode requires us to merge humanity education, scientific education, skill education and health education. Make full use of them in the five course fields----sports participation, sports skills, physical health, psychological health and society adjustment. Finally we can realize the goal of training comprehensive people.
  The evaluation of new sports education mode needs to base on the principle of "evaluation and talented". We need to combine qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation together and put much attention on the process of appraisal. We can try the methods of evaluation such as letting students to evaluate themselves, students evaluate each other or teachers evaluate students. Maybe it is a good idea to make use of them together with different weight.
  3.2. Proposal
  It is a brand new investigation that we propose the new sports education mode which is merged with science, humanity and health education. It is obvious that it requires further research and development in the sports educating practice. Humanity education, science and technology, skill education and health education are merged together close. They are one entirety. Each of the methods plays a different role in the mission of training comprehensive people. The targets they focus are not single or stationary. They influence five course fields directly and respectively and effect on people indirectly. In the specific operating procedure of this new sports education mode, the division of these three methods should not be too obvious. They need to be cross and overlapping each other. Only with probable coordination can they unleash their due effects.
  The evaluation about the sports education mode is a complicated and large system. This text just plays a role of simple research; its following researching work will be a large systematic engineering.
  The learning evaluation of students needs to follow the principle of people-oriented and talented training. However, what we need to notice is that the goal of evaluation is not division or screening. It aims at giving a chance to students to handle relative knowledge and skill. And finally train the comprehensive people.
  Considering from another aspect, such researches or investigation on university sports education are quite important as we have mentioned in the abstract. As a significant part of the whole education system, we need to pay much more attention on it than before. In this text, we propose a new kind of university sports education mode. Its features that merged with science, humanity and health education can get on well with the new modern age.
