篇一：出国常用英语
基本介绍：
一、登机
1、赶赴机场：因为出国需要在机场进行一系列的手续，因此最好在飞机起飞前两个小时赶到机场。
2、进入机场后，要通过出国通道，在这里按照大家有无申报物品分为“申报通道”和“无申报通道”，请大家仔细阅读需要申报的物品通告，如果携带的物品有需要申报的话，需要填写申请单，并从“申报通道”进入。在进入出国通道前，机场人员会要求你出示机票和护照。
3、通过出国通道后办理登机牌、托运行李：登机需要将机票换成登机牌，一般办理登机牌和托运行李都是在一个窗口办理，具体在哪个窗口办理机场的屏幕一般会显示该航班的办理窗口号，假如找不到显示，可以拿着自己的机票找机场人员询问。登机牌的英文是“Boarding
直达航班比较简单，就一张登机牌，行李托运也是直达的。如果需要中途转机，请大家务必注意以下几点：
（1）、比如说需要坐三次飞机才能到达目的地的话，那么有时候机场直接将三个航班的登机牌都给你；有时候只给一张或两张，其他的需要到中转机场办理登机牌，大家要向机场人员询问清楚。总之大家需要确定的是撕去几张彩色机票就有几张登机牌，切记切记，否则会给大家造成很多麻烦。
（2）、在中转机场我们一般不用管行李，机场人员会将行李转至下一班要乘坐的飞机，我们在拿到行李票后一定要确认行李票上是否把本次航行的所有航班都标注了。比如，我们这次航行要坐两次飞机，航班号分别是AF128和AH1002，那么拿到的行李票就应该如下所示：
4、入关，安检：比较简单，大家只要按照机场人员的要求出示护照、登机牌，并通过安检门就可以了。为顺利通过安检，请大家务必不要随身携带各种刀具。
5、通过安检后，大家按照指示找到登机牌上标记的登机口等待就可以了，在登机口的旁边会显示航班号，请大家确认是否是自己乘坐的航班。
6、一般在飞机起飞前半个小时开始登机，登机时会要求出示护照、登机牌，并将登机牌留下，只给你登机牌的副卷。上飞机后，找到登机牌上标记的座位号，放好随身携带的行李就等飞机起飞了。
7、飞机起飞和降落时，请大家把手机关闭并系好安全带。飞机上会提供饮料和快餐，快餐种类很少，饮料还是比较丰富的，就请大家自由发挥吧。
二、转机
1、如果需要中途转机，大家在中转机场千万不要出机场（一般也出不去，没有当地国家的签证根本就不会让你出机场的），而是要找到转机通道，英文名称是“Transport”，机场都会有指示牌指示的。
2、确认下次要转乘的航班是否已经有登机牌，如果在出发机场没有给登机牌的话，那么要找到换登机牌的窗口换取登机牌，可以找机场人员出示自己的机票询问在何处换取，英文是“Where can I get my Boarding Pass?”。
3、拿着登机牌和护照通过安检，剩下的程序就和在出发地登机一样了。
4、千万要注意：飞机票上标注的起飞时间是机场的当地时间，和中国国内有时差，请大家务必根据机场显示时间把自己的表调成当地时间，不要迷迷糊糊的还以中国的时间为准，耽误了飞机。
三、到达
1、填写入境登记表、出关：到达目的地机场后，按照机场指示牌往“Passport Control（护照检查）”或“Baggage（行李）”指示的方向走，排队等候出关。出关前，要仔细填写入境登记表（入境登记表一般在最后一班飞机上，空姐会给大家发放。如果没有，在出关检查的地方也会放置）。入境登记表要求填写的是大家的姓名、性别、生日、护照号、护照性质、访问目的、在入境国居住地址等等。要求用英文填写，护照性质是“P”（私人护照），访问目的是“Business”，入境国居住地址就填写华为办事处的地址就可以了。注意有的国家入境登记表上是法文和阿拉伯文，没有英文，大家可能不清楚说的是什么意思，可以找空中小姐或机场人员询问。出关时，海关人员会检查签证和入境登记表，一般都很容易都通过的，就是在埃及，比较歧视中国人，会让你等上半个小时或一个小时，耐心在旁边等待就可以了。请大家注意如果海关人员询问到该国目的时，大家千万不要说“Working”，如果说工作会带来很多麻烦的，而应该说“Exchange of technology（技术交流）”。
2、领取行李：出关之后就可以领取行李了，行李领取的地方一般都是一个个传送带转盘，大家看好指示牌，自己的航班在几号转盘，然后在指定转盘等待就可以了。
3、出机场：拿到行李后就可以出机场了，华为人员会在机场出口处等待，一般会有明显的华为标识，但不一定是中国人，有可能是华为代表处在当地雇的员工。如果有人没有携带华为标识就上来要接你走，你可以询问他是否知道你的姓名，千万不要大意。待确认无误后再跟他走。
总之，在旅途中大家一定要将护照、机票、美金、登机牌和行李票保存好，千万不要丢失。
