  Abstract. At present, there are some universal problems that exist in the process of the work of the colleges and universities educational administration management. Such as: lacking of energy and innovation and management lag in terms of educational administration management. Aimed at these problems, we should investigate its reason and take some according measures to make the colleges and universities educational administration management to be more scientific and efficient in order to adapt our country’s new development. So we should draw much attention to the topic of this paper.

  Educational administration management is the key work of colleges and universities’ administration. With the rapid development of higher education career in our country, especially with the incensement of the amount of enrollment among those universities and colleges, the enlargement of colleges and universities’ curriculum arrangements, the increasement of colleges and universities’ educational level, increasing the workload of educational administration personnel, in order to ensure the normal operation of the teaching work and improve the educational administration management efficiently. Qian Xusen, the famous physicists, has already said that there is no any universities and colleges in our country that can train the colleges and universities’ students according to the model of developing the technologies and cultivating the qualified people that is filled with a lot of create minds, which has a deep impression on the situation in our country. The problem of educational administration management, to some large extent, has some in connection with the problem which is brought about by Qian Xuesen. Therefore, a accurate grasp of the problem that exists in the colleges and universities’ educational administration management and a proposal of according solution policies is one of the most important aspects so as to improve the efficiency of the colleges and universities’ educational administration management. It is very necessary for us to take this issue into consideration; we will give a deep discussion for this topic in detail. We should pay much more attention to it and seek for solution to improve it.

There are a lot of problems that appear in the process of the colleges and universities educational administration management, so we can easily draw a conclusion that In terms of the present situation in the colleges and universities, to some large extent, the problems of the educational administration management cover all the aspects as following:
