浅谈工程造价计价模式与管理 摘 要 近几年我国社会变革发展，我国开始部署实施'一带一路“战略，这一战略举措的实施给我国带来了翻天覆地的变化，我国建筑企业以一种高速，成熟的态势开始进军东南亚，为了更详细周密地了解东南亚建筑市场，本文对我国国内建筑施工企业工程造价计价模式进行分析，并通过对比国外建筑工程计价模式和国内模式不同，总结研究成果，方便以后对工程项目计价模式的选取。 本文以国际化协同合作、打开国际市场为主要目标，来深入探讨建筑工程项目计价模式，促进我国建筑业的国际化发展。

造价指标 Abstract Development of China＇s social change in recent years, our country started deploying 'area' strategy, the implementation of the strategy has brought great changes of our country, our country construction enterprise to a high-speed, mature into southeast Asia, for the sake of thorough understanding of the construction market of southeast Asia, in more detail in this paper, the domestic construction enterprise project cost pricing mode in our country is analyzed, and through comparing the foreign construction engineering valuation mode and domestic different, summarized research results, convenient for later project pricing mode selection. Based on international cooperation and open international market as the main target, to explore the architectural engineering project pricing mode, promote the development of the internationalization of construction industry in our country.
