开头：
1、 请大会主席团成员和工作小组成员就位。
2、 Distinguished delegates, now we’re going to have the roll call. Please raise you placard and

尊敬的各位来宾、老师们、同学们,
今天，“天津市第三届大学生模拟联合国大会”在天津外国语大学隆重举行。我谨代表天津市人民对外友好协会，对百忙中莅临大会开幕式的天津市第十一届政协副主席曹秀荣女士，中国联合国协会副总干事叶学农先生，以及与会的各位贵宾、老师和同学们表示热烈欢迎！
此次大会得到了外交部、中国联合国协会的大力支持和指导，也得到了我市各高校的热烈响应和积极配合，特别是天津外国语大学为本届大会的顺利召开做了精心周密的筹备和安排。在此，一并表示诚挚的谢意！
多年来，市对外友协与中国联协保持着密切的合作关系。在中国联协的大力支持和指导下，自2009年起，与我市高校合作，成功主办了两届天津市大学生模拟联合国大会，开创了天津市高校有组织推广模联活动的先河，在社会上取得了一定的品牌效应，受到各界的广泛好评。随着模联活动在我市的蓬勃发展，今年已经是连续举办的第三届，除本市主要高校外，还有来自其他省市及澳门、美国高校的学
