一、指导思想

根据学校工作计划对教务处工作的要求,以人为本,求真务实。本学期以“服务教师、服务学生”为宗旨,以“有利于课堂教学改革,有利于提高课堂教学效益,有利于提高学校的教学管理水平”为标准,充分发挥教学研究、教学指导和教学服务三大职能,强化教学工作的过程管理,紧紧抓住以提高教育教学质量为中心,努力促进我校教育教学质量和办学水平的全面提高,努力把我校办成“书香氛围浓郁、德育生态温馨、质量特色凸显、文化内涵丰厚、卓越与品位共融”的一流名校。

二、工作目标

1、教学目标:认真落实《滦县第四中学教学工作基本要求》,细化教学常规管理,人人达到课堂高效。加强对学生的学法指导。完成2016年教育局下达的中考任务,确保教学质量综合排名进入全县前三名。

(1)七年级要狠抓养成教育,培养学生良好学习习惯,力争做到严格、规范、科学,使学生真正做到重学、勤学、笃学、博学。

(2)八年级教学要确保扎实、规范、科学,在原有基础上逐步提高学生的认知能力,进一步激发学生学习兴趣,重在知识的落实与能力的提高,防止两极分化。

(3)九年级的教学要确保夯实基础,全面提升,充分发挥年级的整体优势和优秀教师的潜质,力争在2016年一中提前招生、升学考试中再取得新的突破。

(4)七、八年级教学成绩指标,要达到县平均值之上,力争缩小与三中、龙山的差距。

(5)九年级毕业升学考试的目标:一中提前批招生争40保30。中考一中、二中实验班争40保30。完成一中公助生指标,不能作废。注重音、体、美体长生的训练和培养,在中考中争20保10。九年级信息技术考试、理化实验加试、体育加试成绩在全县要争2保3。总之,学校的教学工作将立足于全面育人、办有特色、全面发展、学有特长。 2、教研科研目标:逐步让教师拥有较强的教研科研意识,认真开展说课、上课、评课活动。推行“111工程”(每位教师每学期上一堂有价值的校级公开课,读一本教育类专著,写1篇教育心得),集全校之力至少申请一个科研课题。

落实教学质量检测,抓分析评价,组织好教学质量分析,并提出指导性意见。

3、抓教学研究

(1) 加强对提高课堂教学效率的研究。

(2) 加强对提高集体备课的效率及课件使用的研究。

(3) 加强对良好学习习惯养成的研究。

4、抓教师专业成长,落实学科组长、教师的学期末工作述职。

5、抓好毕业班工作。

四、主要工作内容及措施

1、做好教学常规工作,加强教学常规管理

(1)严把计划关。开学初,教务处要指导学科组、教师制定本学期的学科组工作计划,教师教学工作计划,对计划内容教务处安排专人审核,尤其是在措施的可操作性上要严格落实务实避虚、有效提高的原则。

(2)加强教学检查

第一、在教学常规检查上,继续落实定期检查与随时抽查相结合的方法,每月一次常规检查,严格落实《滦县第四中学教学常规检查标准及奖惩》,随时抽查要做到有针对性、有目的性。第二、领导带头深入课堂,以便随时掌握教学动向,同时,本学期要彻底杜绝教师在课堂教学中的不当、失当行为。第三、加大学科组活动的管理力度,教务处领导要分包学科组,分包领导要深入学科组活动,发现问题及时解决。

具体要求:上课要有导学案,导学案要能体现精细化备课要求,有一定的教学理念;作业要同步,且作业内容设置科学合理,批改及时且有批有评,符合学校要求;学科组活动要做到有计划、有过程、有总结。

(3)开展教学调研活动。本学期教务处将安排召开学生座谈会。组织安排好各年级教师的教学分析会,学情分析会,了解教与学的情况,做好教学工作的反馈、调控与总结。

(4)组织好各级各类考试。组织安排好月考、期中和期末考试,及时做好有关考试质量的分析与反馈,达到以考促教,以考促学的目的。

2、把握好课堂教学这一主阵地,平稳推进我校课堂教学改革

(1)渗透成功教育思想,打造成功课堂模式

全面落实教学计划,设计以提高学生学习效率为核心的教学方法,培养学生的自主意识、创新精神和创造能力。注重教法、学法的研究与落实,教学中做到面向中等生,课堂上教好第一遍,在重视学生知识积累的前提下注重学生能力的培养;课堂教学起点恰当,容量适度,落脚点准,不仅要让学生学懂学会,还要强调学生当堂巩固,注重迁移、运用。复习突出“讲、练、评、补”四结合,使学生学得主动,学得活泼。切实抓好“学困生”的学习,努力发掘他们自身的学习潜力,提高学习的主动性和积极性。在教学要求、时间安排和习题训练等方面切实做到分层教学,力求让每一个学生都能感受到成功。

(2)坚定学生主体地位,进一步平稳推进我校高效课堂教学改革

我校高效课堂改革重点是推行精细化备课,经过一学年的打磨,多数教师已基本掌握了要领。本学期将继续深化,使精细化备课真正的服务于课堂教学,最大化的发挥学生的课堂主体地位。另外,要组织教师学习、把握和运用课标、教材,特别要研究所教学科的新课程标准,做到以新思想、新理念来统领教学。把教学“五认真”真正落实到教学管理的全过程:一是认真备课,备课要在吃透课标、教材的前提下,强调备好学生、备好教法,备好例题和练习;二是认真上课,要努力提高45分钟的课堂教学效率,做到精讲精练,充分发挥学生的主体作用;三是认真选编、批改、评讲作业,作业要精选精编,认真批改,讲评到位,任课教师和学生要建立错题档案,抓实学生的错题订正,提高目标达成度;四是认真辅导,在集体辅导的基础上切实加强个别辅导,通过辅导实现培优和补缺两不误,同时要强化总分意识,科学合理配置各学科课时和辅导时间,防止在学习时间安排上的偏科现象;五是认真组织考试,要不断研究考试的模式与方法,从编制试卷、批改分析到整合讲评,都要以效果为落脚点。

3、强化集体备课,整合教学资源

加强学科组建设,抓实集体备课活动。积极推行“集体备课,资源共享,课后反思”的集体备课制度。开展备课组观摩和交流活动,抓实组内听课活动,对听课提出更加明确、更加具体的要求。坚持学科组每周一次按教务处安排的时间地点集体备课制度,组员不得无故缺席。全体教师要以团结协作精神为已任,贡献个人智慧、寻求共同发展,服从组长分工,主动承担组内工作。努力做到“五定” 、“五议”、“六有”,“五定”即定时间、定地点、定每周进度、定教学内容、定中心发言人;“五议”即议学生学习状况、议备课中疑难问题、议可供的教学方法手段、议课后心得体会、议教改动态信息。“六有”即有重点,有措施,有收获,有提高,有记录。各备课组将课堂教学研究、教学方法研讨、考试信息研究、考试方法指导作为备课组活动的核心内容。

4、努力提升教研水平,建立校本教研制度

(1)提升教研水平,强化教研实效性

走一条“教学、教研一体化”的道路,向教研要质量,以教研求生存、求发展。以课题研究为中心,教学教研有机融合,通过课堂教学实践形成一些典型性、普遍性、现实性的问题,加以探索和研究,各学科组制订好各组的课题计划和活动计划,做到有准备、有主题、有成果,坚持理论与实践相结合,在深层次上开展教学研究、教改试验,实现教师人人有研究的课题。另外,通过骨干教师评选、组内听评课等活动,互通有无,相互展示、学习教研成果,使教研成果最大化的服务于教学。

(2)组织好课题申报和教师的论文撰写、交流、评比、推广工作。

5、做好教师专业成长工作,打造实力雄厚的师资队伍

(1)充分利用读书活动,加强教师业务知识学习。

(2)搭建学科观摩课、骨干教师评选等平台,为教师间相互学习提供保障。

(3)抓住外出学习、培训等机会,弥补自身不足。

(4)实行学期末工作述职,在对本学期工作进行总结提升的同时,学习其他教师的成功经验。

(5)完善教师成长档案。

6、九年级工作——确定目标 突出主线 强化质量 做好监控

毕业班工作历来是学校工作的重中之重,本学期,初三教学面临的一大困难就是如何在加快教学进度的同时保障教学质量,使学生的学习紧张而不浮躁。为此,在学期初,由教务处牵头组织学科组、年级组制定出本学期毕业班工作具体日程安排,使毕业班工作做到阶段目标清晰,教师职责清晰,工作效果检查清晰。

(1) 明确一个方向:培优工作。 近几年来我校唯一不足,就是尖子生、优生的不足。冰冻三尺非一日之寒,本学期针对培优工作,教务处总结2015年教学经验,力争培优工作有新的突破。

(2) 突出两条主线:学生学习效益的提升和教师课堂教学的优化。

(3)做好三项工作:怎样学、学什么、学的如何(即解决学生的学风、学法;教学及训练内容及学习效果的问题)

通过建立班级挑战、生生挑战等活动,营造竞争氛围,树立良好班风学风。质量监控方面一是课堂检测。对反映较差的课堂,教务处跟踪听课,限期整改达标。二是考试检测。通过月考,进行及时的教学反馈。对成绩不理想的班级、教师,教务处要帮助其分析原因,督促其弥补工作不足,迎头赶上。

(4)树立教学质量第一观念。九年级教师要苦练内功,加大教学投入,要有“一个优生可能决定一个中考;一节课、一次辅导可能决定一个优生”的实干意识,提高效率落到实处。

(5)抓好质量监控,认真做好每次质量分析。

7、认真做好音、体、美以及校本课程教学工作

开齐各门课程,开足课时,在此基础上,保证学校校本课程的时间、场地和教师。严格执行音体美课堂教学规范化要求,加大对音体美课堂教学的管理力度。加强音体美教师间的听课和交流,相互学习,相互促进,提升我校音体美教学质量。音体美教师要充分挖掘学生潜力,培养学生特长。

8、增强教学辅助功能,确保一线稳定有序

加强班级图书角、阅览室、实验室、多媒体的管理,将学校教学业务管理规定的具体专项要求落到实处,做到物品完好、维修及时、账册完整、记录齐全,为教学一线提供安全、优质的服务;教辅工作管理,教材分发、排课调课、制卷打印、考务安排、学籍管理、资料收缴等要严格有序,为教学常规管理的有效落实做好先行保证。
