淮阴师范学院本科生学年论文 思想政治教育与构建社会主义和谐社会的关系初探 林萌 （淮阴师范学院 政治与公共管理系，江苏 淮安 223300） 摘要：党的十六届四中全会首次提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的目标，这是巩固党执政的社会基础、实现21世纪党的三大历史任务的必然要求。在构建社会主义和谐社会的视野下，研究当前的思想政治教育，具有重要的现实意义。构建和谐社会的重要性以及当前社会存在的问题都需要思想政治教育来指导，使两者相互促进，相得益彰。
