2014年福州市九年级英语口语测试方案

一、口语测试目的

为提高毕业班学生的英语口头表达能力,提高学生综合语言运用的能力,根据福州市中考改革总体方案制定本方案。

二、口语测试内容

根据《英语课程标准》规定的五级目标、功能意念项目(五级)、话题(五级)和现行初中英语教材,参照并考虑我市初中英语教学实际,制定口语测试的内容。口语测试卷由各校自行命制。

三、口语测试试题

1.根据实际情况回答问题。 2.朗读单词、词组。 3.朗读短文。

4.看图说话或情景对话。 四、口语测试方法

1.口语测试卷分A卷和B卷二套,每套4份,共计8份。

2.口语测试由各校教务处组织实施,采用“二对一”的测试形式,即二位评委考一位学生。学生口语成绩分合格与不合格两种。

3.口语测试时间按教育局规定的时间内完成,由各校统一安排落实,并报上级部门,以便组织巡察。口语测试各校安排在一天内完成。上午考A卷,下午考B卷。

五、口语测试细则

1.评委和监考员必须以高度负责的精神做好英语口语考试工作,维护考试秩序,确保考试公平、公正,顺利地进行。

2.各校教务处应按照学生学号顺序,以30人为一个侯考室依次进行考场和场次安排,编排侯考室、考室和考号。

3.各校必须严格按照编定的侯考室、考室和考号组织考试,不得擅自变动学生的侯考室、考室和考号。

4.每个侯考室需要监考员2名,负责考场的管理和考试的实施,并负责指挥学生进场和离场。

5.考试程序安排,学生在考试前15分钟进入侯考室由监考员发给试卷,学生准备3分钟然后进入考室进行口语测试。

2014年福州市初中信息技术课程考查方案

一、考查目的

1.实施初中信息技术课程考查有利于促进福州地区初中信息技术教学活动落到实处,促进初中信息技术教学质量的提升,促进课程的发展。

2.通过考查进一步提高学生信息技术的应用能力,培养良好的信息素养,适应信息社会的发展。 二、考查范围

根据《福州市义务教育阶段(3-8年级)信息技术课程实施指导意见(试行)》和2012年秋季改版的闽教版教材,2014

年福州市初中信息技术课程考查以作品制作为主,突出知识和技能的综合应用和实

践能力。考查范围为:2012年秋季改版的闽教版八年级上下册内容。

三、考查要求

2014年初中信息技术课程考查成绩由作品创作考查、平时学习成绩两项构成,满分为100分,其分值比例分别为70%、30%,综合成绩评定为合格、不合格两个等级。

初中信息技术学业综合成绩表

注:综合成绩是两项考核成绩相加后得分,等级制与百分制换算如下: 60分-100分为合格,59分-0分为不合格 四、考查实施办法 (一)平时学习成绩

1.平时学习成绩是根据学生平时的学习态度和平时基本操作能力的情况,由任课教师按综合学业成绩中的比例给予一定分值。

2.教师在常规教学中要注重对学生的平时作业和操作情况进行评价,积累每位学生的学习过程资料。 (二)作品创作考查

1.作品创作考查以考查学生的信息技术综合应用和实践能力为主,其评价应体现“立足过程、促进发展”的精神。任课教师于初二下学期半期考后(具体时间根据市教育局文件要求),组织学生在课堂利用Photoshop或Flash软件制作完成多媒体作品。作品成绩由任课教师评定,并将此部份成绩与平时学习成绩汇总至初中信息技术学业综合成绩表,同时做好数据备份工作。创作要求:

一、考查目的

⒈ 综合实践活动课程是中学生素质教育的重要组成部分和实施载体。实施考查,有利于完善学校课程设置,促进综合实践活动课程常态化开展。

⒉ 通过参加综合实践活动,有利于促进学生创新与实践能力的培养;提高与发展学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力;增强学生参与活动的主动性,鼓励学生在活动中充分施展个性和才能;完善和充实初中学生综合素质的评定。

二、考查内容与要求

以《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》和《国家九年义务教育课程综合实践活动指导纲要(7-9年级)实施指南(讨论稿)》为依据,注重知识与技能、过程与方法、情感与态度方面的全面评价。在实施过程中,应该以劳动与技术教育为抓手,通过综合主题或综合项目的形式将以下三个方面有机地融合在一起。

㈠ 研究性学活动

⒈ 了解科学对于自然、社会与人类的意义与价值。

⒉ 经历研究探索的实践过程,感受科学研究的严谨性,获得切身体验和经验,形成一定的实践能力。 ⒊ 能结合生活和社会发现和提出问题,会搜集、分析和利用信息解决问题。 ⒋ 能交流、分享研究的信息、创意及成果。

三、考查要求

综合实践活动课程的内容丰富,在不同的领域都有相应的评价,我们这里主要考查劳动与技术教育、研究性学习、社会实践与社区报务三个领域。每位学生三年必须参与5个以上主题或项目的实践,才能合格。七、八年级每学年至少两个,九年级至少一个。5个主题中至少要有三个主题或项目是劳动与技术教育指定内容(附件四)。

指导教师应注重积累学生活动过程的资料和素材,建立学生活动档案.真实地记录学生综合实践活动的过程。学生活动过程的档案管理统一要求采用“课题档案袋”形式,以课题组为单位建立档案袋,收集课题研究的各类资料。档案袋平时由学生保管,指导教师要及时指导学生填写《福州市7~9年级综合实践活动考评表》(附件二)及《主题(项目)实践活动考评表》(附件三)。课题(项目)完成后,“档案袋”及一套《福州市7~9年级综合实践活动考评表》在学期结束时送教务处保存,其中附件二按课题编号,附件三按学号排序,以备检查。

在与本考查方案不冲突的前提下,鼓励学校创新课题(项目)档案管理办法,使之更科学、更规范。 四、考查方法
