It was the first day of our winter holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. 今天是大年初一，天上万里无云，我信心满满的和爸爸妈妈去学车。
到了河边，爸爸去钓鱼了，妈妈陪我学自行车。我首先将左脚跨过自行车，踩在脚蹬子上，站稳后。再慢慢将右脚踩在右脚蹬子上。不好，因为不平衡，所以我差一点就摔倒了。我经过了一次又一次的练习，我终于学会了自行车，可是在急转弯时却慌了手脚，砰地一声撞在了墙上，我回家后不停的思考。最后我想到了一个好办法。我又却骑了一次，在;急转弯时身子一斜，就过去了。我成功了!
我在第二次钓鱼回家的时候，因为爸爸妈妈骑的是电动车，所以我被甩了下去，我心里一急，就加速向前冲。结果摔了一跤，但一点儿也不疼。过了一会，爸爸骑上车走了，我只好坐在妈妈的电瓶车上回家了。寒假中，我帮爸爸妈妈买菜、买盐，爸爸妈妈夸我好帮手。

寒假第一天
今天是寒假的第一天，一大早就起床了，今天可以不用去上学了，为了庆祝寒假的到来，妈妈觉得今天我们包饺子。
中午到了，妈妈已经在桌子边包饺子了，我在一旁看着，觉得包很简单，手就开始有点痒痒了。我便偷偷地走到桌子前，看了看妈妈包饺子的样子。
我先把饺子馅用筷子夹到饺子皮上，然后把饺子皮用手一点点的捏，嗯?怎么感觉手上湿湿的，一看原来皮破啦，妈妈说：“你放的馅太多啦!怎么能包住呢?”
我又拿了个饺子皮，少放了点馅，一点点的又捏住了，这次没漏，我高兴的把它放到了箅子上，可是却怎么也立不起来。妈妈又说：“你放的馅太少啦，怎么能立起来呢?”我有点灰心啦，这时候妈妈说：“你照我的样子来就能包好啦!”
妈妈把饺子皮托在手心上，然后夹一筷子饺子馅，放在饺子皮的正中间，再把饺子皮对折一下，用双手的拇指和食指熟练的一捏，一个胖乎乎的饺子就呈现在我的面前。
我照着妈妈教的方法开始包啦，第一个饺子的样子很难看，但总算有点模样啦。接着就是第二个、第三个，包的一个比一个好。
饺子包好啦，要开始下锅煮啦。妈妈先烧开一锅水，然后把饺子一个个轻轻的下进去，再用勺子背轻轻的推着，生怕把饺子弄破了。
不一会儿，锅开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水。不时的用勺背轻轻的推着，我问妈妈为什么要添水呢?妈妈说：“煮饺子要滚三滚，饺
子才能煮透，皮筋陷软”。锅又开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水，然后和以前一样用勺子轻轻的推着。
饺子煮好了，要开始捞了，只见妈妈用漏勺把饺子盛出来，结果我包的煮烂了两三个，不过，吃着自己的劳动成果，心里还是美滋滋的。
寒假第一天，不一样的感觉，可以吃到美滋滋的饺子，还学会了怎么包水饺。
帮爸爸妈妈做早点
以往每天早晨我起来便会有早餐吃，因为妈妈每天都会早起给我做，特殊情况下便是爸爸做。每到寒假里的周末，爸爸妈妈就会晚起一会儿。
今天是周末我已经起来了爸爸妈妈还在床上睡觉。我并没吵醒他们因为我知道是他们工作太辛苦了。我无论干什么都变得特别小心生怕吵醒了他们。因为我有一个新计划，便是给他们做一次早餐。因此无论做什么我都是轻手轻脚的。
我从冰箱里拿出牛奶和馒头，我先是把牛奶放入牛奶锅里煮，看着牛奶煮沸腾了，关上煤气，拿出三个杯子，把牛奶分别倒入杯子中，接着我又把馒头放入蒸锅里蒸，我看着锅上冒出烟了，便关上煤气，又拿出盆子，把馒头放在盘里。我又把碗筷拿到桌子上，这时，我便
到爸爸妈妈门前敲门，他们出来看到桌上热气腾腾早点，妈妈高兴的抱着我亲了有亲。爸爸说："我儿子长大了，懂事了。谢谢你，儿子"。这可是爸爸第一次给我说谢谢。没想到我做了一顿早餐，他们就这样高兴。爸爸妈妈其实我想对你们是说："你们太辛苦了，我是应该为你们做早饭的。我谢谢你们对我的关怀，以后我有时间还会为你们做事情的。
练字
自从读书以来，我印象最深的事就是几乎我的每个语文老师都要求我们把字写好，要求我们练字。那时虽然听老师说，但并未坚持下来，只是偶尔练一练，现在看着自己的字还真的有点后悔当初浪费了太多的时间，没有把字练好。正好今年放寒假时学校给我们布置寒假作业，我想就利用寒假时间来练一练字吧。
但是坚持三天后，每天练两页，到了第四天，心就有点痒了，想想还是算了吧，反正一下子字也不会写好的，但另一个声音又在耳边想起，要坚持，不要轻言放弃呀。最后经过矛盾的争扎，我还是坚持了下来。尤其是当我碰到不顺心的事情时，我就拿出纸和笔，安静的练起字来，结果什么烦心事都没了。现在练字已经成为我生活的一种习惯，如里哪天不练倒觉得好像还有一件事情没完成。经过自己的努力，现在我的字有了一定的进步，今后我还将继续坚持下去。
