上海对外贸易学院 摘要：供应链的竞争成为企业现今的主要方式。供应链管理在大企业中快速发展，但是在中小型企业中不容乐观，且存在许多问题。论文主要的目的是分析电子供应链和中小型企业实施电子供应链的情况等。

Introduction
E-business is becoming integral part of many large corporations" business strategies.Yet，many small-and medium-sized enterprises in construction have been slow，and in some cases reluctant，to embrace electronic information standards and Internet technology （Waldt and Drumond 2002）.Love et al.（2001） recommends some IT to SMEs.
Web-based EDI
The wed-based EDI help the SMEs toenhance their competition when comparing with large enterprises.First，by employing web-based EDI，an application program-generated document can be transmitted over the network and automatically entered into and processed by an application program at a trading partner.Second，the whole process is paperless，requires no human intervention，and is quick.Third，web-based EDI can streamline SMEs" interactions with trading partners.
ASP
The SMEs can gain the following benefits when competing with the large companies.First，ASP can help SMEs save investment.SMEs do not need to invest in the equipment room，serve.Second，the ASP can make SMEs focus on core competencies.Third，the ASP can help the SMEs establish the economies of scale.Finally，ASP helps SMEs to use the third-party services more effectively.SEMs can take advantage of third-party services which are closely related with SCM.
Conclusion
The SMEs should make use of the advantages of e-supply chain.There are different aspects of e-skills in e-supply chain.Consequently，SMEs utilizing the e-supply chain will have large competitive advantages comparing with large enterprises.
