  Abstract.Party spirit education for the student party members in the higher learning schools is one of the most important parts in the education and management of the student Party members, while the validity of it on the student party members is the key issue in the Party spirit education. It is consisted of the seven parts, namely, the Party spirit educator, education objects, education objectives, educational content, education methods, education circumstance and Party spirit educational activities, in which the conflict between the Party spirit education organizational requirements and the actual level of Party spirits among university students is the basic conflict in the validity issue of the Party spirit education.

  1.Introduction
  The relevance and validity issue of the student Party spirit education is one of the most important parts to make an enhancement to the student Party spirit education in Chinese higher learning schools.
  For this reason, taking advantaging of the "validity" concept is conductive to helping higher learning schools to further take the initiative to carry out the thinking, research and practice on the student Party spirit education during the new period.
  
  2.Problem in the Student Party Spirit Education in Higher Learning Schools
  Spirit is one of the inherent properties of a political party. Therefore, it is definitely for it to give reflection to the group characteristics of the members. Besides, it attaches higher importance to the specific characteristic of its members.
  The Constitution of Chinese Communist Party has provisioned that Chinese Communist Party is the vanguard of the working class as well as the vanguard of Chinese people, and also represents the interests of the working class as well as the interests of the overwhelming majority of Chinese people. Thus, the "two vanguards" and the "two representatives of the two interests" compose the spirit of Chinese Communist Party.
  As spirit is one of the inherent properties of a political party, it keeps pace with the times in essence. As one of the inherent properties of organization, the Party spirit can come to be generated in the spirit education when shouldering and completing the missions with the organization together. The party spirit education is an education, which is implemented by the Party to help its members make an improvement to qualities and spirit through the educational activities.
  The spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning schools is making use of the appropriate ways and means to carry out the educational activities with clear purpose and plan systematically, educate the student Party members in the higher learning schools to build up the a concept of the Party spirit, make an enhancement to the principle of the Party spirit as well as their consciousness and ability in steeling the Party spirit, and improve their behaviors in the Party spirit.
  With regard to the concept about the validity of the Party spirit education, Chinese people usually tend to understand it from the perspective of value relationship, and think that the positive validity property that the subjects are in need of can be produced as long as the specific practice activities and results meet the needs to a certain degree, namely, the degree of the realization of the goals that are pre-established by the practice subjects.
  The validity of the Party spirit education gives expression to a value relationship: the activities and results of the Party spirit education for the maintenance of the ruling Party"s ruling position and leadership position and the degree of the realization of the pre-trained personnel with the specific ideological political qualities.
  In the process of the Party spirit education for the students of higher learning schools (Li Jili, 2010), the validity issue goes through the entire process of the Party spirit education, and also is the key issue of the Party spirit education.
  After all, if there is no validity in the Party spirit education, the Party spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning schools loss its meaning and has no reason to exist in futures.
  
  3.Composition of the Validity Issue of the Party Spirit Education for the Student Party Members in Higher Learning Schools
  The Party spirit education is a social activity as well. It is absolutely necessary to own the requisite elements, which are the Party spirit educator, education objects, education objectives, educational contents, education methods, education circumstance and Party spirit educational activities.
  These seven elements are composed of the Party spirit education system. Besides, the validity issue of the Party spirit education is composed of the above seven elements as well.
  3.1.Educators
  The Party spirit education is generally carried out by the Party organization to create the educational activities on its own initiative. The subject of the Party spirit education for the students in the higher learning schools is the Party organization of the departments or the schools beyond all doubts.
  Since the implementation of China’s reform and opening-up policy, the orientation of the Party organizations at the basic levels encounters some changes in the social grass-root units. More specifically, the orientations, levels and structures of the Party committees of the higher learning schools have some changes at the same time.
  At present, in China, the tasks of the Party spirit education do not obtain a clear explanation along with the clear task of developing the student Party members in the higher learning schools. In the mean time, the leading role of the Party spirit education does not get a further confirmation.
  3.2.Education objects
  Generally speaking, the student Party members in the higher learning schools are the common objects of the Party spirit education of the higher learning schools. As the times attain a progress without a stop, the independence, selection and differences of the ideas of the students are obvious to increase.
  At the same time, the students who were born in the 1990s and have become the main force of the college student group now still own the differences from the Party spirit education in the higher learning schools. These bring about the negative impacts on the validity of the Party spirit education for the student Party members.
  Therefore, In the process of absorbing the students to be the Party members, it is highly necessary to pay attention to the development of the scale of the Party members. The knowledge of the motivation of the students to join the Party as well as the controls on the procedures to join the Party and the follow-up educations has a trend to be weakening at present.
  3.3.Educational objectives
  In the new period, the most important objective of the Party spirit education and cultivation for the student Party members is making the student Party members change into the "firm believers, faithful followers, conscious practitioners and initiative promoters", which were proposed by the central government at the seventeenth national congress of Chinese communist Party. This gives expression to the organizational requirements of the Party organizations including the school Party committees on the detailed procedures which are implemented to train the student talents in the higher learning schools. This not only starts from the actual conditions and also surpasses the realities.
  Therefore, for how to implement such an objective, it is highly necessary for the educators and education objects to have the interaction between each other, comply with the principles of changing and developing, and finally carry out the formulation, modification, implementation and improvement of the innovation-oriented Party spirit education in a real time and at a proper place.
  As a result, it is highly necessary for the objective of the Party spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning schools to attach importance to the ideals of the students, and also lay a stress on its scientific features. Also, it is highly necessary to pay attention to the values and operability of the objective of the Party spirit education.
  3.4.Education contents
  What the Party spirit education provides for the student Party members is the core issue of the Party spirit education in the higher learning schools.
  The Party spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning school is necessary to have its own theoretical system and contents, and covers the concept of Party spirit, the principle of Party spirit, the cultivation of Party spirit, and the behaviours of Party spirit.
  At the same time, it is necessary for the Party spirit education to give response to the world outlook, life outlook and value that are due in the Party members, the most fundamental principles, standing points and methodologies that student Party members should persist in the actual life and learning, the contents and ways of the cultivation of the Party spirit, as well as the behavioral patterns of the externalization of the Party spirit that the Party members should have, etc.
  In addition, in the different times, the key points of the Party spirit education are different in general, and the emphases of the Party spirit education on the different groups are different as well. If the educational contents attach excessive importance to the traditions and are too extensive, comprehensive and ideal, they will be in shortage of the sense of the times, the levels and the clear purpose. All these will exert a serious impact on the Party spirit education provided for the student Party members in the higher learning schools.
  Thus, in the new period, the contents of the Party spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning schools are necessary to give prominence to the "dynamic" and "new" features. As a result, the "new" can drive the "dynamic" to attain a development, and subsequently the "dynamic" can make the "new" deep further.
  3.5.Education methods
  The Party spirit education attaches high importance to the political knowledge and the orientation. With the purpose of keeping the strictness and formalness of the Party spirit education, there are often a great number of the theories and experiences.
  In the mean time, the teaching methods of the Party spirit education are mainly oriented at the one-way inculcation. In addition, there will be doctrines in the education further, and also the teachers tend to only repeat what the book says. Such a teaching method has been abandoned by the times.
  Therefore, researching and studying the new achievements of the modern teaching methods, enriching the teaching methods of the Party spirit education, shortening the distance between the general principles and the college student Party members and making an enhancement to the influencing force and the penetration force of the Party spirit education are the important tasks of the times to improve the validity of the Party spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning schools.
  3.6.Education circumstances
  The openness and the environment of society and the relative independence of the environment of the higher learning schools commonly constitute the educational circumstances of the Party spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning schools. The openness-oriented society gives rise to the diversification of the people’s ideas.
  In such a society, the mainstream cultural system receives the impacts constantly from the cultural trends and social behaviors outside the main stream.
  At present, the negative effects from the socialist market economy which is under the construction also put forward the challenges to the Party spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning schools.
  In the mean time, the nobilities of the objective and contents of the Party spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning schools have contradictions with the emergence of the vulgarization and entertainment phenomena, which make the student Party members difficult to make a judgment between right and wrong.
  3.7.Education activities
  In the behavior of the Party spirit education, there is often a phenomenon that the education is divorced from the personal development of the student Party members.
  In other words, the Party spirit education is deviated from the actual conditions of learning and life of the student Party members in the higher learning schools. This phenomenon can be reflected from the four aspects as follows.
  First, the Party spirit education is not cooperative with the daily ideological and political education as well as the ideological and political theory course teaching.
  Second, in the education process, the Party spirit education lays a great stress on the theoretical education as well as the knowledge impartation, and imbues the student Party members with the existing experience. It tends to be oriented at the "intellectual education".
  Third, the Party spirit education has a mandatory tendency. The Party organizations have many requirements, and pay less attention to the Party members. Thus, in the leading position, the Party spirit education not only receives no real effect, but produces a negative impact. Over the long term, the education will make the college student Party members generate a resistance psychology and a negative effect. Finally, the loss outweighs the gain.
  Fourth, the Party spirit education is formalized and simplified. It owns a momentum, but is in shortage of realities and depth as well as a clear purpose. Also, it is used to using the organizational management means to regulate behaviors. Also, it is used to proposing more criticisms but less praises, and is only responsible for the high level.
  
  4.Conclusion
  The above aspects commonly constitute the validity issue of the Party spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning schools.
  The objective of the Party spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning schools constitutes the basis for evaluating the validity of the education. It constitutes the static structure (element) of the validity of the Party spirit education with the educational contents, teaching methods, educators, education objects and education circumstances together.
  Among the six elements, the educators are in the leading position, and the quality of the educators plays a decisive role in the development of the implementation progress of the Party spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning schools; the educational contents decide the education methods; the student Party members constitute the education objects; the Party spirit and actual needs of the student Party members exert an influence on the innovation of the education contents as well as the education methods; the circumstances of the Party spirit education are the conditions and situations for the implementation of the Party spirit education.
  The Party spirit education behaviors integrate the six elements in the progress of the Party spirit education, and are the channel and platform for the six elements to exert their roles.
  In the overall process of the Party spirit education, the organizations of the Party spirit education is necessary to always implement the Party spirit education in accordance with the contradiction between the education and the actual Party spirit of the student Party members in the higher learning schools.
  However, the validity of the Party spirit education for the student Party members in the higher learning schools is just realized in the process of solving the contradiction.
