[摘要] 目的 探讨亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤的方法及疗效。方法 将我院2010年12月-2011年12月收治的56例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组28例(亚低温治疗)和对照组28例(常规治疗)，对两组的治疗情况做比较。结果 两组的意识觉醒时间、生命体征情况、脑水肿例数以及神经功能缺损评分相比差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤安全、有效。
